Teamfight Tactics is leveling up its celebration game with a fun, nostalgic twist. A chaotic new event packed with legacy content, surprises, and exclusive rewards commemorates Riot Games’ autobattler sixth year in what could be the most unpredictable—and exciting— TFT patch ever.

Kicking off June 11th and running through July 15th, TFT’s sixth birthday event is headlined by the return of Pengu’s Party, a special game mode that brings past Sets onto the same board. Whether you’re a veteran who remembers the early days of the Rise of Elements or a newcomer enjoying Cyber City, this is one event you won’t want to miss.

With wild trait combinations, returning favorites and exclusive anniversary rewards, TFT’s biggest party yet is about to begin.

And this might be TFT’s birthday, but the presents—mostly festive cosmetic rewards—are all for the players. These include a brand-new Little Legend called Cuppy, free in its base form and with variants available in the Rotating Shop, as well as a limited 6-Year Bash emote. For those looking to deck out their game in full celebratory style, there’s also Pengu’s 6th Anniversary Arena and a themed Pengu’s Party Portal cosmetics.

What is Pengu’s Party Game Mode?

The 6-Year Bash is Riot’s way of honouring TFT’s journey, and its main event, Pengu’s Party, is a limited-time game mode where two signature traits from every past set return—all available at once. That’s 26 different traits drawn from the past 13 Sets.

It’s a mashup of everything that made each era of TFT special—from Mech-Pilots to Dragonlords, Phantoms and Jazz.

And players won’t just be revisiting old favorites—they’ll be discovering new twists, too. Many of the returning traits come with prismatic variants, which means even longtime players will find “new surprises” in their matches, as Riot said. According to Riot, the 6-Year Bash is meant to honour everyone who’s been part of TFT’s journey—from the early days of Set 1 to those discovering the game in the latest Set, Cyber City.

Whether you’ve been here from the beginning or just arrived, Pengu’s Party is your golden invite to experience six unforgettable years of TFT all blended, boosted and more festive than ever.
