OG Esports Co-Founder Sébastien ‘Ceb’ Debs has announced his exit from the organisation’s Dota 2 division to focus on a new Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) role.

The Dota 2 veteran has been appointed Technical Director at SRG.OG, a joint MLBB team from OG and Malaysian esports club Selangor Red Giants (SRG).

Ceb, formerly known as 7ckngMad, began his esports career in 2011 as a Dota 2 player for Team Shakira. In 2016, the French-Lebanese athlete became OG’s coach. However, following the departure of Roman ‘Resolut1on’ Fomynok in March 2018, Ceb played as a stand-in and later officially filled OG’s offlane position.

In August 2019, he and his teammates, including OG Founder Johan ‘N0tail’ Sundstein, became the first two-time The International champions after winning the prestigious tournament’s 2018 and 2019 editions.

Despite officially retiring from competitive play in 2021, Ceb has repeatedly supplemented OG’s active roster as a stand-in. Moreover, in 2024 and 2025, the player has competed regularly for OG during tournaments. His last game was at PGL Wallachia Season 3 in March this year, where the team was eliminated early in the Group Stage.

With his position as Technical Director at SRG.OG, the Dota 2 legend will now set out on a new path. This is not the only personnel change OG has undergone this year. The organisation previously appointed Daniel Sanders as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Silja Sundstein as Chief Operating Officer (COO).

OG Esports’ Expansion into MLBB

SRG.OG was established in March this year as part of a co-branding initiative between OG and SRG.

SRG itself represents the esports division of the Selangor Football Club, based in Selangor, Malaysia. Its MLBB team was founded in January 2013 with the acquisition of ELX Esports’ roster.

Since then, the squad has consistently placed among the top MLBB teams in its region. 2024, in particular, was a dominant season for SRG, when it won MPL Malaysia Season 13 and 14 as well as the MLBB Mid Season Cup.

However, the roster failed to win the annual World Championship, finishing in third place.
