Each year, Sony runs a big sale on all things PlayStation. It’s called the Days of Play Sale, and it drops prices on everything from PS5 consoles and controllers to games, accessories, and even PlayStation Plus. It’s one of the best times of year to buy any PS5 item you’ve had your eye on. If you’ve missed out on some of the biggest PS5 games in recent years, now is a great time to pick them up. You can find discounts on nearly every first-party PS5 game. Let’s take a look.
PS5 Game Deals in Days of Play Sale
There really isn’t a better time to buy a PS5 console exclusive game than now. You can get most of the heavy hitters on sale for $29.99. That includes The Last of Us Part I and The Last of Us Part II Remastered, which are both terrific games fully remastered for the PS5. Playing them will also give you juicy spoilers on what’s to come in the third and fourth(?) seasons of the HBO show.
Also on sale for $29.99 are God of War Ragnarok and Demon’s Souls, two terrific – though very different – action games. Fans of cartoonish platformers can pick up Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart and 2024 Game Awards Game of the Year Astro Bot on sale. Both Horizon games are discounted, as is Helldivers 2, the runaway hit from earlier this year. Until Dawn is a delightful horror romp that was made into a movie recently. The Spider-Mans are on sale. So it Ghost of Tsushima, which has a sequel due later this year called Ghost of Yotei.
There are a lot more deals than that as well. Again, this is the time to buy any games you’ve had an eye on, because they won’t likely dip this low again until possibly Prime Day, or maybe even Black Friday.
