Troublesome Kitchen Damp Spot
Dear all, In my house, we've had a particularly troubling damp spot that's existed for years. See: Damp spot We've tried lots of things. We've had the exterior wall examined, We've had a pipe removed that ran through the wall. We've had the patio outside of the wall looked at. Nothing has been found wrong. From this, I have started to think that it may just be a buildup of condensation, although, there doesn't appear to be much that builds up there. Would buying a dehumidifier help prevent this?
