Cracked marble countertop, repair needed?
Marble countertop was installed by the developer; roughly 10 year old apartment. I replaced the dishwasher recently and saw the underside has sort of a thick mesh material glued on to the bottom of the slab. The first big crack has been there awhile but i see after returning from a few weeks away that there's a second crack that has formed now, plus some material that is now raised up a bit. This is beside the underhang basin cut-out, above the dishwasher. Given the damage is spreading i figure i should fix it / get it fixed (?), any info on how to do that would be greatly appreciated submitted by /u/elzoidoheretoruin [link] [comments]
