UK: Want to Make My Portable Speaker into a Sound Bar

I just bought a Juice Boom Bar bluetooth speaker to use as a cheap sound bar for my TV. I've owned one before. I want it permanently plugged in to the mains. To avoid the rechargeable battery bulging, I thought I could take out the BL-5C battery and it would still work if I kept it permanently on charge. The red charging light activates without the battery if it's charging but the speaker itself doesn't output any sound. My knowledge of electronics is very basic, but is there like a wire or something I could attach to the connection nodes for the rechargeable battery to complete the circuit and power on the speaker? Thank you for any help you can provide. https://www.juice.co.uk/products/juice-boom-bar-bluetooth-speaker submitted by /u/Fairfieldfencer [link] [comments]
