You can fill up the Flow bar by kicking the ball and taking hold of it. Also, the Flow bar charges up slowly on its own. Once it is full, you can enter the Flow state by pressing the F key on your keyboard.
Yes, when you get a Style through the Gacha, you unlock it permanently. To switch between different Styles, go to your inventory and select the Style you want to use.
