Want to Add Windows to My Garage Door, Can I Replace Just the Top Panel?
I had a standard insulated garage door installed not long ago, but now I’m realizing how dark the garage stays during the day. I’m thinking it’d be nice to get some natural light in by adding windows but unfortunately, we didn’t get the window version when we first installed it. Is it possible to just replace the top row/panel with one that has windows, or would I need to swap out the entire door? The rest of the door is in perfect shape, so I’m hoping there’s a simpler solution. Also, if anyone has done this, how much did it cost you? Was it a DIY job or did you hire someone? Appreciate any advice or experiences! Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/Felixdai1999 [link] [comments]
