It's quite evident that Sissy kept Harmony's mother Charlotte from leveraging the complains against the company to any outside sources, which was probably by design from Lumon. Near the end of the episode, it's revealed that Harmony has played a larger role than we expected when it comes to Severance, but Sissy quickly tries to invalid Harmony's reveal and even attempts to burn the evidence in the fire, proving that her loyalties lie first and foremost to Lumon.
