Wobbly fan

I recently purchased a fan for my dining room from on of the box stores, so nothing fancy or exciting. I’ve got up and installed, and it’s got the wobbles. I’d checked tightening the blades, making sure they aren’t warped, and weights on various parts of each blade. So far, nothing has worked. I’ve got another fan very similar in the bedroom that we had a handyman install, and it feels like the connnections from the down rod to the ceiling and the fan motor are much more “stiff” than the one I installed. Would this make sense? I’m guessing I’ll have to take the whole thing apart and start over, but hoping someone has an idea that I haven’t googled. submitted by /u/Defiant-Aioli8727 [link] [comments]
