During the event, you can log in to the game daily and claim the following rewards: Radiant Tide x10 Lustrous Tide x10 Forging Tide x10 A total of 30 pulls will be available to all the players. Since they are all different gacha currencies, specific to a banner type, you can do 10 pulls on the permanent banner, 10 on the limited weapon banner, and 10 on the limited character banner. The developers did not reveal the starting date of the new event in the apology post, but they have confirmed that it will begin this week.
