Kuro Games has finally confirmed that Cartethyia will become a playable character in Wuthering Waves via drip marketing. She is a 5-star character and will be released in the upcoming version 2.4 update. Unfortunately, the developers did not share any details about Cartethyia’s Attribute and weapon type.
