Advice for basement wall assembly
I am renovating my basement and I’m looking for help on a proper wall assembly. For reference ground level is just below the window. Before, the assembly was: foundation->tar paper ->fiberglass insulation ->vapour barrier ->drywall. Is the tar paper necessary?
