Advice needed
We have a sunken long that had carpet glued to the wall beneath the skirting. We have removed the carpet and as you can see the concrete slab protrudes the skirting. Ideally we would like to lower the skirting and have no carpet edging as we intend to install wooden floors. Any ideas on how to smooth the concrete?
