With the current Mother's Day sales going on right now, Barnes & Noble is a surprisingly good place to find a worthwhile gift at a decent price.
The two Mother's Day specific promotions Barnes & Noble has running currently are buy one, get one 50% off sale on coloring books and craft kits. But outside of that the coupons and deals page includes up to 25% off best-selling novels like Fourth Wing and other Romantasy series. Buy One, Get One 50% Off Adult Coloring Books
Adult coloring books have been on the rise in popularity as folks look for more stress-free activities to take up their time with. They've become so popular, in fact, that some of Amazon's best-selling books of 2025 are adult coloring books. Barnes & Noble has quite a few options in this sale ranging from $8 to $12. With the current promotion going on, you can pick up two of these coloring books for as little as $12 total. Though you'll need to purchase coloring utensils separately.
This sale is currently set to end on Monday, May 12. So you have an extra day to shop these discounts if you're planning on buying these as a late Mother's Day gift.
