Many of the works were created specifically for the show and are being publicly exhibited for the first time.Anchored by Samuel Fosso’s iconic black-and-white portraits from 1970s Central African Republic, the exhibition brings his legacy into conversation with new interpretations from artists like Japanwala, whose sculptures evoke bodily presence and Paintsil who reframes selfhood through textile abstraction.Inspired by Traore’s undergraduate studies, Who?
