Heaven Mayhem and Freja New York's Collaboration Is Actually Perfect

To all handbag lovers, especially those who were obsessed with east-west bags, a perfect collaboration is here just in time for the summer. Two cult-favorite revealed they're linking up for a limited-edition collaboration combining the latest purse trends with the bag charm frenzy. Freja New York, known for its structured handbags, teamed up with accessories brand Heaven Mayhem for the first time to launch a joint Mini Chrystie Collection.

The collaboration features a version of Freja’s best-selling Mini Chrystie shoulder bag through Heaven Mayhem’s signature cool-girl lens. The collection introduces two new finishes of the Mini Chrystie, newly available in a Chocolate Croc Suede (sold for $298), offering a tactile twist on a classic silhouette, and the in Reptile Noir ($318), a black leather design that comes with a removable black and burgundy charm.

“We’ve noticed a real overlap in our communities—people are always tagging us, wearing both brands, and mixing our pieces naturally. This collaboration felt like the natural next step," Pia Mance and Jenny Lei, the founders of Heaven Mayhem and Freja New York, respectively, said in a statement. "Both the Freja and Heaven Mayhem girls are chic, intentional, and never skip on accessories—so we set out to design the ultimate Freja [and] Heaven piece that reflects those sentiments.”

The drop will be available exclusively on Heaven Mayhem's website starting May 22 at noon Eastern Time.

Julia Tassel Charms in both gold and silver ($52), an ode to Heaven Mayhem's Julia necklace, are also part of the collection and can be clipped onto the bags for a more personalized touch. With the Mini Chrystie already having a reputation and the added flair of Heaven Mayhem’s design language, this collaboration joining East Coast and West Coast fashion forces is poised to sell out fast.
