[HELP] Conversion of AC powered wall lights to battery powered
Hi all, I am in the process of interior decoration of our apartment and we are planning to install some LED wall lighting (like the one shown in the image) - the problem is that I do not have sufficient power outlets to do this without the wires showing. I was thinking whether it is possible to convert such kind of lights to battery powered (rechargeable or otherwise) in such a way that the power source is hidden inside the wall support. Google search did not help much. I saw an youtube video where they replaced the LED strips and attached a rechargeable battery and a battery protection circuit. I am not that great at electrical/ electronics work, but I was wondering whether any of you have experience with such a conversion and could give me some ideas on how to do it? https://preview.redd.it/7i2ub7i4636f1.png?width=1500&format=png&auto=webp&s=962b6d3067ff3e2cffe819e91bd2eca9392154c2 submitted by /u/materdoc [link] [comments]
