Herman Miller has launched the refreshed Nelson Basic Cabinet Series, a modular storage system originally released in 1946 by designer George Nelson. The updated series features minimalist mid-century staples with new options such as solid wood legs - standard or tapered - and a variety of pull choices, including pawn, wavy, or cupcake designs. The collection comprises six styles: the Basic Bedside Table, Basic Cabinet, Basic Cabinet with Door, Basic Console, Basic Credenza and the Basic Media Unit. Constructed from MDF with walnut or white oak veneers, the series combines simplicity with expert craftsmanship.The Nelson Basic Bedside Table offers both open shelves and a drawer, making it a compact and adaptable complement to modern bedrooms.
