Holes At Base Of Foundation
Before/after pics included. A contractor drilled holes in the base of our concrete basement wall during a recent waterproofing job to "let the water in the stone out." Water trickled out the first day and now it is damp and a perceptible draft is present. Im concerned he drilled through to the other side, defeating the purpose of the job.
