How to rescue Tibor in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
During Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2's Miri Fajta quest, you'll help Marika, the daughter of the Nomad Camp's Voivode, heal her lover so they can return to the camp. She'll eventually ask you for the Voivode's amulet, but he's not inclined to give it to you. At least, not right away. Before giving you the amulet, the Voivode will ask you to save his son, Tibor. Turns out, folks in a nearby town, Semine, have taken Tibor captive. Here's where to find Tibor and how to rescue him from his captives in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2. How to find Tibor in KCD2 Tibor is currently being held captive at the Saddler's farm in Semine. You'll find the Saddler in the southwestern part of town. You'll initially learn this information by talking to any townsfolk here, including any housemaids, hired hands, or named NPCs you encounter. Asking them about the captured nomad in town will lead to them revealing his location and giving you a new map marker. Screenshot by Destructoid If you try to approach anyone near the barn Tibor is staying at, such as a Hired Hand or other workers, they'll express annoyance and tell you you're in a private area. However, you can still talk to them if you're quick with your interact buttons. All Tibor rescue methods in KCD2 Now that you know Tibor's location, you have two choices: Persuade the Saddler's workers to reveal his location and how to free him or sneak into the barn without anyone catching you. Both can backfire if you're not careful or fail your persuasion attempts, but there are benefits to either choice. Persuade the Hired Hand Your first option is to talk to Guildsman Janek or the Hired Hand near the barn. I usually find a Hired Hand here, but Janek himself occasionally appears instead. Regardless of who you find, you can interact with them and ask about Tibor's situation. If you ask to let him go, you'll encounter the following Speech checks: Let him go, now! (Intimidation) Do you want more blood on your hands? (Persuasion) What if I paid you? I was just asking. These give you three different ways to go about this situation. If you pass the first two checks, they'll tell you the key to Tibor's captive room is on a crate inside the barn and that they'll look away while you free him. Doing this gives you (mostly) free rein to free him and run off to advance the quest. As a bonus, you'll get experience points for raising your Speech skill. Screenshot by Destructoid However, failing has some consequences. Failing these options and annoying the Hired Hand or Janek causes them and nearby workers to attack you. If you're confident in your combat skills, you can use this to raise your stats slightly. Otherwise, it's generally not worth the risk and effort compared to succeeding in the check or sneaking into the barn and finding him yourself. Alternatively, you can pay for his release. Although the exact amount they'll accept depends on your Speech and haggling skills, they'll usually expect around 100 to 150 Groschen for his release. This option isn't ideal, but it's available if you have a ton of money and don't mind spending some of it. Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to make Groschen fast in KCD2. Sneak into the barn If you want to avoid interacting with the Saddler's workers, you can sneak into the barn through an open window and free Tibor. To do this, head around the Saddler's farm until you're on its southernmost side, facing north. You'll see Tibor inside the barn through a window, which you can jump through to rescue him. Screenshot by Destructoid However, this is considered trespassing, so any NPCs or guards passing by can catch you and land you into serious trouble. Fortunately, this isn't a busy area, so as long as you don't try to leave out the door or linger there too long, you'll usually be fine. If you free Tibor with this method, he'll jump out the same window, allowing you to follow him into the woods and continue the Miri Fajta quest. How to find Tibor in KCD2
Tibor is currently being held captive at the Saddler's farm in Semine. You'll find the Saddler in the southwestern part of town. You'll initially learn this information by talking to any townsfolk here, including any housemaids, hired hands, or named NPCs you encounter. Asking them about the captured nomad in town will lead to them revealing his location and giving you a new map marker.
If you try to approach anyone near the barn Tibor is staying at, such as a Hired Hand or other workers, they'll express annoyance and tell you you're in a private area. However, you can still talk to them if you're quick with your interact buttons.

Now that you know Tibor's location, you have two choices: Persuade the Saddler's workers to reveal his location and how to free him or sneak into the barn without anyone catching you. Both can backfire if you're not careful or fail your persuasion attempts, but there are benefits to either choice.
Persuade the Hired Hand
Your first option is to talk to Guildsman Janek or the Hired Hand near the barn. I usually find a Hired Hand here, but Janek himself occasionally appears instead. Regardless of who you find, you can interact with them and ask about Tibor's situation. If you ask to let him go, you'll encounter the following Speech checks:

Sneak into the barn
If you want to avoid interacting with the Saddler's workers, you can sneak into the barn through an open window and free Tibor. To do this, head around the Saddler's farm until you're on its southernmost side, facing north. You'll see Tibor inside the barn through a window, which you can jump through to rescue him.
However, this is considered trespassing, so any NPCs or guards passing by can catch you and land you into serious trouble.
