A large empire needs a big running space, and the Barn in Schedule 1 is one of the two properties you can unlock to expand your business. Your business needs and requirements will be limited at the start of a new save. They will go up as you level up and unlock new recipes, equipment, and more. This guide will give you an overview of the Barn and how to make the most of it. How to obtain the Barn in Schedule 1 The Barn falls under the Suburbia region in Schedule 1, which can be considered as the outskirts of the map. To reach the location, you'll have to head straight on the road that takes you to the Church, but take a right. Before that, you'll have to go to Rays Realty. You'll have to spend $25,000 to make the property yours, but that will also require a fair amount of money laundering. You can use the Car Wash or Laundromat to do that task, as Taco Ticklers is likely going to be out of your budget at this point. This step is mandatory as Ray only accepts online payments, and you'll have to unlock the Downtown area.
