Is this too busy looking??
So, this is the shower in my master bath and also the first time I’ve ever set any tile. Thought I did okay, but a friend (whose profession is setting tile) said it was too much. Too many different patterns and together they took away from the beauty of the tile. Too busy. He said I should’ve just went with a straight runs with the long side of the tile horizontal. He’s not the only one that thinks this. Another friend pretty much said the same thing. Didn’t like it. I think it looks great. But now I’m worried when I go to sell my house, the bathroom may be a deal breaker. Can I get some honest reviews/critique? It is too busy or not? submitted by /u/the_root3 [link] [comments]
