Lacoste has opened the final Sunday morning of Paris Fashion Week with a tennis-ready runway at Roland Garros. Attended by a-listers Venus Williams, Sampha, and Adrien Brody, the collection took sportswear to new heights with fresh dashes of luxury.Greek-American designer Pelagia Kolotouros revealed her sophomore collection for Lacoste as creative director, returning to the courts of Roland Garros Stadium to present a triumphant Fall/Winter 2025 collection. Continuing to honor Lacoste's on-court legacy, Kolotouros played her best match so far. Titled "An Invitation," guests received a green-trimmed leather box holding an embroidered napkin to welcome them to the show. Upon arrival, seats were covered with soft blankets, adorning the clay court in preparation. Models walked to the beat of John Glacier and Sampha's 2025 single "Ocean Steppin'" in Lacoste's most futuristic offering to date. From puffed athletic uniforms to oversized tailoring and knitted polo shirts, Kolotouros proved she is changing the game on and off the court. Puffed coats and double-layered gloves landed in pure white, opening the show with an ultra-modern attitude. Structured tailoring was pinned with bedazzled crocodile emblems, while khaki tracksuits, knitted polos, and loose-fitting trousers stepped confidently on the runway. Sparkling cardigan came ready to party, continuing FW25 with a plethora of dark green looks. Silk dresses glistened under the spotlight, accessorized with two-toned headscarves and pointed kitten heels. Spilled graphics bedazzled short-sleeve crewnecks with silver decor, while the bags certainly stole the show with tennis racket-shaped cases and larger-than-life weekenders.
