Could I use industrial strength adhesive rods to glue curtains to my balcony and the seal it with caulk to keep moisture out
I want a curtain for my balcony but I can’t use a tension rod since my balcony dosent have walls. I live in Canada and the wind/rain can get pretty crazy on my balcony.Could I use a really strong adhesive so I can stick the curtain rod to the ceiling of my balcony and then use caulk to keep moisture out when it rains?
