Laminate Flooring Repair Ideas
My BiL just bought a home with laminate flooring throughout the living spaces. Everything is fine except for this one board. Rhetorical question, but why in the hell would someone do that? This board is in the middle of the living room. The likely right solution is to find the same laminate somewhere, buy the needed material, remove all the surrounding pieces, and replace the screwed up board. But the BiL doesn't want to do that if he doesn't have to. Are any of you seasoned DIY vets aware of some stain/sealant/varnish/lacquer/etc. that could be applied to make the unprotected area look similar to the rest of the laminate? Thanks in advance. submitted by /u/CambodianDrywall [link] [comments]
