L'OFFICIEL Opens Its First 'L'OFFICIEL COFFEE' in Japan
L'OFFICIEL JAPAN opened its first café in Omotesando, Tokyo, on April 15.

L'OFFICIEL, the global fashion media outlet founded in France in 1921, opened the world's first L'OFFICIEL COFFEE in Omotesando, Tokyo on April 15, 2025. This three-story L'OFFICIEL concept building, developed by L'OFFICIEL JAPAN, expresses the spirit and voice of the publication, a bible of fashion and culture. It also marks the first in a global rollout of L'OFFICIEL COFFEE.
Embodying the L'OFFICIEL aesthetic and history L'OFFICIEL COFFEE will offer carefully selected specialty coffees, beautifully crafted confectionery, and meticulously curated coffee menus, offering visitors a luxurious experience in a relaxed style.
The design, by architect Keiji Ashizawa, embraces a minimalist and refined aesthetic. Carefully selected materials and attention to detail create a unique space that brings the world of L'OFFICIEL to life.
L'OFFICIEL JAPAN launched the Japanese edition of L'OFFICIEL in September 2024, and, as part of the AMTD group under The Generation Essentials ("TGE"), which also owns The Art Newspaper, it aims to leverage the group's global media power to create new cultural trends and concepts in the Japanese market.
L'OFFICIEL COFFEE offers a new experience that stimulates your five senses in a space where fashion, lifestyle, and culture converge. We invite you to savor the L'OFFICIEL spirit in this privileged setting.
