Looking to get flower boxes for windows - stone with also an odd angle and outward opening windows (see pictures)

Problems: windows swing outwards, so I can't have them on the ledge ledge itself is angled downward and runs outward (picture 2) the material is stone, so I can drill into it but just mentioning How can I get flower beds on here?
