Painting - how do we avoid future flaking/chipping?
I live in a small self managed condo building where we do a lot of maintenance work ourselves. We’re planning to paint our lobby soon. This is the door frame of our elevator where there has always been a lot of chipping/flaking paint. What do we need to do to make sure this doesn’t happen again after we paint? Appreciate any advice.
