Relaying slab
Hi! So this slab had a clothes line installed which is no longer wanted. I have spare slabs. I was going to scrap out around edges. Break up the old slab, chisel out old mortar and relay. But I just have cement. To relay this one slab would it be ok on just a cement/water mix?
