Repainting dirty walls
Hello! I’m re-painting walls that previously had maybe feces on the walls (non-verbal child) and that are a little darker on the spots he touched. We want to paint the room a slightly darker color, so would we need a primer for the wall? Or would a slightly darker shade of color be okay?
