Repainting ikea bookcase?
A few years ago I painted an ikea billy bookcase but didn’t properly prep & prime. The paint is now chipping and peeling in certain areas. I want to repaint. Do I need to sand off all of the other layers of paint to properly prep and prime? What is the best way to do that? Orbital sanding?
