Replaced windows
I recently removed all the windows in my house and replaced them with new construction ones. After the fact I realized I never wrapped the sills in window flashing. All windows were caulked around the nailing flange with silicone. I’m worried I will fail inspection and have to pull them all out, wrap the sills and put them back in. My house was built in the 70s and had the original windows in. Not one sill was rotted out and didn’t have flashing on them.
