Rough Simmons Returns With 'Evangelion'-Themed Collection
Rough Simmons is back at it with yet another fun twist on designer grails, this time tapping the Evangelion franchise for inspiration. Hot off of its 5th anniversary archive collection that dropped last year, it's back with 11 designs for Spring/Summer 2025.Its collection of Raf Simons-inspired bomber jackets has expanded once again with both the Eva Woodland Bomber and Eva Bomber Jacket featuring a vintage treated camouflage base accompanied by patches that pay homage to the beloved anime. A similar approach is taken with both the black-and-white Patched Turtleneck and Crimson Scythe Sweater, the latter of which sees the brand's fan favorite motif of Rei Ayanami holding a scythe make its return. Rough Simmons has also flipped Raf Simons' I Love NY sweater from FW17 with a similar cropped, boxy fit that flips the NERV logo with a "ROSIM" callout. This same logo edit appears on the ROSIM Sweatpants while the Spear of Longinus-inspired Embroidered Spear Denim serves as another option for bottoms.You can shop Rough Simmons' entire Evangelion capsule now via the brand's web store.
