Shower handle has to balance in the middle to keep water off
We have a moen shower and the water wouldn't turn off. We replaced the cartridge (same number on both cartridges) Handle is upside down. (We can fix this but before I turn water off I'll like to fix the real problem.) The handle has to point directly up to keep the water off.
