Square metal skewers
Hi all I’m trying to make square metal skewers for kebabs. (Flat ones just don’t do it for me, I need all four sides cooked right) So I went out and bought a 12 foot long half an inch solid metal rod, cut it down to 2 feet in length. And bought a 1 1/4 wooden round dowel for handles. Now the problem is how to I put these handles on, I have a drill to make holes but then I’m thinking they’ll be round. What’s an easy solution here.
