Stellar Blade is set to launch on Windows PC on June 11, a leaked trailer for the game revealed Monday. With it comes a bevy of PC-specific features and — you guessed it — new costumes for Eve.
Included in the PC version of Stellar Blade will be AI upscaling and frame generation (for Nvidia DLSS 4 and AMD FSR 3), higher resolution environments, unlocked framerate (the trailer shows the game hitting over 120 FPS with DLSS off), Japanese- and Chinese-language voiceovers, Ultrawide support (from 5:4 to 32:9), DualSense controller support, and a new boss battle versus Mann. Eve will also receive 25 new costumes to wear. If you’re familiar with Stellar Blade, you can probably guess what they’ll look like.
According to the trailer, the complete edition of Stellar Blade will encompass the base game and its variety of DLC, like the crossover cosmetics from Nier: Automata. There also looks to be some preorder cosmetic bonuses for players who want to pay early.
The trailer has been live on Reddit for over 20 hours by the time of this writing (courtesy of user r/Alekstra). Neither Sony nor developer Shift Up have officially commented on the leaked PC release date. It’s also not immediately clear if the PlayStation 5 version will receive those 25 new costumes or the new boss fight, though one can reasonably assume so.
Stellar Blade received positive reviews when it launched on PS5 in April 2024, with our review calling it “an impressive console debut that suggests a very promising future for Shift Up.”
