Red Bull has announced that Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo, one of VALORANT’s most popular esports figures, has joined as its latest athlete.
The Red Bull and TenZ partnership, facilitated by esports talent agency Prodigy Agency, will see the Twitch streamer collaborate with the energy drink brand on various activations. This includes exclusive content, projects, behind-the-scenes insights and live activities for fans to enjoy.
The former esports professional is widely regarded was one of the most influential players from the VALORANT scene. He is most well-known for his time with Sentinels, being part of the rosters that won Masters Reykjavik in 2021. However, he left the organisation in May 2024.
Since then, he has amassed over 14m followers across all media platforms, enjoying a new career as a content creator and streamer. However, he still remains somewhat active in the esports scene. Last month, for example, he temporarily joined Cubert Academy for VCT Challengers Stage 2.
“Joining Red Bull is a dream come true. I’ve always admired their commitment to pushing limits and achieving greatness, whether it’s in extreme sports, gaming, or high-energy experiences,” said TenZ.
“I can’t wait to show what we can accomplish together and share my journey with the incredible Red Bull community.”
With TenZ on board, Red Bull continues its strategic push in 2025 as it continues making bold moves in the competitive scene. From signing esports personalities, like League of Legends content creator Marc Robert ‘Caedrel’ Lamont, to hosting events such as the upcoming Tetris global esports tournament.
