How to safely clean garage attic space?
Pics show the situation. It's like to clean this space out, but it's poorly ventilated and I don't want to breathe in a ton of dust in the process. Also, using a respirator correctly would mean shaving my beard which I'll not be doing. There's also an old carpet pad with what looks like moisture underneath caused by a roof leak that I'd also like to address as part of this process.
