For a limited time, the Red Rising board game, and adaptation of the novel by Pierce Brown, is just $10.99 (was $24) at Amazon. That’s a significant discount on a game that should hold over fans who are waiting ever so patiently for the book’s sequel, Red God, which still doesn’t have a release date. This is the biggest price drop so far in 2025.
Our reviewer enjoyed the game on its own merits, but as a self-described “delirious fan” of Brown’s series, thinks that it shines particularly bright for fans of Red Rising because of how well it adapts the source material. The game was published by Stonemaier Games in 2021, and was designed by Jamey Stegmaier and Alexander Schmidt. Hopefully, playing this game will make the wait a little easier for Red God, but perhaps, it’ll only make the wait harder.
