Transformed bonus room to daughter's dream bedroom.
I added a WIC to our 640sqft bonus room to get her out of her 10x10 bedroom. I enclosed the attic access within her closet as I couldn't really figure out anything else to do to keep egress windows free. Redid some electrical, put up some moulding and fresh paint.
