The SS Rank Dungeons can spawn only naturally, and their gates look different compared to the other ones. When you approach a Dungeon gate, a menu will pop up that lets you preview potential Dungeon rewards. You can apply a number of Runes to a Dungeon depending on the tier of it. Once you complete a dungeon, you can do it again, but you have to spend Gems or Tickets to unlock it. To start a Dungeon in Arise Crossover, wait for it to spawn, find the Dungeon gate on the island it spawned on, and enter it. Arise Crossover Dungeons Explained
