Under counter water softener for dishwasher.
I’ve read that European dish washers have a place to add salt, because they have built in water softeners. I have horribly hard water and would like to soften it, but ideally, I don’t want to be locked into some disposable resin cartridge that is replaced every few months. I’d love a self regenerating resin system that sits under my sink. I’ve searched a bit online but don’t find anything besides large whole house systems.
