Volkswagen is expanding its electric vehicle lineup with the introduction of the ID. EVERY1 concept, a budget-friendly EV designed specifically for the European market. Set for a production launch in 2027 with a starting price of around €20,000 EUR ($21,600 USD), the ID. EVERY1 aims to make electric mobility more accessible to a wider audience.The ID. EVERY1 is part of Volkswagen’s broader "Electric Urban Car Family," which includes the ID. 2all — a slightly larger model launching in 2026 at a price point of under €25,000 EUR. Both vehicles are based on Volkswagen’s modular electric drive (MEB) platform with front-wheel drive, optimizing efficiency and interior space. The concept car features a compact 3,880 mm length, placing it between the now-discontinued up! city car and the current Polo. It offers seating for four and a 305-liter luggage capacity.Equipped with a newly developed 70 kW (93 hp) electric motor, the ID. EVERY1 reaches a top speed of 80 mph and has an estimated range of at least 155 miles.
