Door delaminating at hinge holes
I am installing new doors and noticed that the hinge screws on one were very loose. Uninstalled the hinges and noticed vertical splits at each hole. Yes, they're crap doors, but returning doors isn't an option at this point as they were special order and have been sitting in storage way too long. Any ideas how to stabilize? Was thinking of injecting glue or epoxy, but don't think it's viscous enough to penetrate. I will be predrilling and installing longer screws as well. https://ibb.co/m5j9VY1h submitted by /u/indianajonesy7 [link] [comments]
