Water heater not working
In testing my water heater I replaced both heating elements and thermostats. Still not working so I finally started testing up the stream and have finally arrived at the issue. One of the hot legs is reading OV, the other is still reading 120v. I don't know a ton about electrical other than how to be electrically safe and the basics.
