What can I do in the area of my yard?
Hey so in my small yard there is this area that i must keep unblocked for emergencies and is shared between all 4 owners of the town houses. The problem is there is some kind of water drainage issue there that my grass keeps dying no matter what. I’ve tried two times over two years to grow different type of grass but nothing.. after couple months it dies. I’m only seeding grass because the rest of my yard is grass and I don’t want it to be just a mushy mud pit. So the big head scratcher, what can I do? I’m open to all suggestions!!
