Capitaneus is an Elite Class Cost-3 Echo in Wuthering Waves that provides pretty nice bonuses. It can also be a cool main Echo skill on a character like Zani. Capitaneus Echo skill in Wuwa Here are all of Capitaneus' skills in Wuthering Waves: Casting Echo Skill will summon a Capitaneus and deal Spectro DMG to enemies.
