This blockade is stated in the street right between Spiral Shoots and Masked Meadows. It's one of the easier ones to spot since it has a large ship, although it's not a TIE Fighter or X-Wing, so you can't actually fly it. One Republic Outpost is situated north of Masked Meadows. Head directly north from the Masked Meadows POI to find this location on the road. You can also just follow the road that curves around this area to find it.
