See Inside the Hottest 2025 Met Gala After Parties

The Met Gala may draw all eyes to the steps of the Metropolitan Museum, but it’s the after parties where the stars really let loose. Once the couture came off Monday night—sometimes quite literally—New York transformed into a playground for fashion insiders, celebrities, and creatives looking to celebrate into the early hours. From champagne towers to surprise DJ sets, the after-dark events were just as extravagant as the red carpet that preceded them. 

This year’s post-Gala circuit delivered no shortage of standout moments. Fashion-wise, celebrities endorsed, yet again, the naked look with a variety of sheer and cutout outfits. At the parties hosted by designers (and, often, a liquor brand), folks piled in to ring in a festive spirit.

Willy Chavarria and Don Julio hosted a handful of celebrities at The Mark; Stella McCartney and Charlotte Tilbury turned Zero Bond into an all-night escape; LaQuan Smith turned Ludlow House into a bash with champagne and cognac; and AprèsMet returned for its third edition with an underground edge in the Financial District. No matter where the night ended, one thing was clear: the 2025 Met Gala is one that'll go down in the books for being one of the best.

Willy Chavarria x Don Julio 

Following fashion’s biggest night, designer Willy Chavarria teamed up with Tequila Don Julio and styling duo Wayman + Micah to throw one of the Met Gala’s buzziest afterparties at The Mark Hotel. Guests, including Shaboozey, Lisa of Blackpink, Jeremy Allen White, Taraji P. Henson, Law Roach, and Willow Smith, gathered for a night of celebration fueled by signature Don Julio cocktails and hot dogs from Jean-Georges’ Haute Hot Dog Cart.  With music by DJ Marco Neves and a crowd of fashion insiders and creatives, the night kept the Met magic going well past midnight.

Stella McCartney x Charlotte Tilbury x Bombay Sapphire 

Stella McCartney and Charlotte Tilbury teamed up for a star-studded Met Gala 2025 afterparty at NYC's Zero Bond, in collaboration with Bombay Sapphire. The night brought together a star-studded crowd for cocktails and dancing. With DJ sets by Role Model, Ky Newman, and Zuri Marley, the evening was full of energy with signature Bombay Sapphire drinks in hand, and a guest list that included Anne Hathaway, Tom Brady, Lauryn Hill, and Heidi Klum.

The Standard 

Burna Boy took over The Standard at the High Line for the Met Gala 2025 after-party celebration. Celebrating the release of his new single "Sweet Love," the Afrofusion star brought energy to the dance floor. With Black Coffee, DJ Lambo, and Spaceship Billy on the decks, the night was full of fun music and a celebrity-stacked guest list, including Nick Jonas, Halle Bailey, Lupita Nyong'o, and more.

The third annual AprèsMet party lit up New York’s Financial District as fashion’s elite gathered at 161 Water Street for a one-night-only transformation into a sleek, high-energy club space. Hosted by Alex Consani, Carlos Nazario, Paloma Elsesser, and Raul Lopez, the event featured a seven-foot champagne tower, custom-clad dancers, and Lagavulin whisky cocktails. With music by Jennings and a guest list spanning models, designers, and stars like Stormzy, Sunisa Lee, and Bernie Martinez Ocasio, the night was surely one to remember. 

People's After Hours 

Following the 2025 Met Gala’s “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style” theme, an intimate afterparty unfolded at People’s in Greenwich Village. Hosted at the former site of the historic Downtown Gallery, the invite-only party brought together an elite mix of talent across fashion, film, and music—including Addison Rae, Lorde, The Dare, Jennie Kim, and Robert Pattinson—for a night of style. DJ Cosmo spun late into the night while guests indulged in comfort food, Dom Pérignon, and Lagavulin-spiked margaritas.
